This beer’s base is typical of our normal Kettle Soured beers. It is a basic Berlinerweiss recipe(Pilsner and Wheat) and soured pre-boil. After the boil we added 80 lbs of cranberry puree for more sugar, delicate fruit flavor, and a complex acidity that really brightens up the beer. We then ferment it with a Hefeweizen yeast to help keep it dry and refreshing.
